Frann’s deeply analytical and thoughtful approach makes her an invaluable asset to clients as they navigate the sell and buy side of real estate. She began her professional real estate career in business development for her family firm, Feldman Development Partners, and then moved into sales and marketing roles. She has been in residential brokerage since 2006 and is affiliated with Gibson | Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to her career in real estate, Frann was a strategic consultant to Fortune 500 companies, Frann provided a wide range of executives with business intelligence and advice on such issues as operations, research, and development, acquisitions, and marketing. She has her own consulting firm, Bilus & Associates, and served as Global Vice President for the Cambridge-based strategic business intelligence firm Fuld + Company.
Along with business savvy, she has a passion for city living and a nuanced knowledge of Boston’s lifestyle options and neighborhoods, from Back Bay and Beacon Hill to the South End and the Waterfront and beyond. Frann is active in the community and sits on the board of the East Berkeley Neighborhood Association.
Frann holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Her professional affiliations include the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors®, and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Realtor®, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
