Whether indoor or outdoor, a pool offers respite from the heat, relaxation, and recreation. This may be one of the hardest amenities to come by in the city, but there are options out there. The Devonshire is the only luxury apartment building on this list and offers a fabulous alternative if you are looking to rent vs. buy. Available year-round, this penthouse-level indoor pool comes with expansive cityscape views and access to a temperature-controlled solarium. There is plenty of space around the surrounding deck to enjoy a meal, bring your laptop and work, or just relax.
